With the GEMÜ 410 plastic butterfly valve and its two variants, the 417 and 423, you will save time and material during installation and servicing: no additional nuts, bolts or loose backing flanges are needed - up to a nominal size of 100!

Save weight, time and material with this GEMÜ valve - and equip your plant with just one type of butterfly valve from nominal size 15 to 100 - for reliable isolation and control of inert and corrosive media which may even contain low quantities of solid matter.

You do not need a single nut, bolt or washer for installation! The valve features moulded male threads as standard, allowing fast, safe and stable installation. Furthermore, no additional tools are needed to align the butterfly valve because the GEMÜ 410 centres itself automatically.

The valve body is available with three different operators: pneumatic with optional stroke limiter or electrical position indicator (GEMÜ 410), manual incl. locking device (GEMÜ 417) or motorized incl. adjustable limit switches (GEMÜ 423).

The butterfly valve is mainly used in water treatment plants, swimming pool processes and irrigation systems, in the electroplating or chemical processing industries.
